30 days on machined parts
We want you to be happy with what we make. If something is not right, here is how returns work.
Machined parts
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- The part must be uninstalled, unmodified and in the condition it arrived in, with any hardware included. Parts that have been drilled, cut, coated or mounted cannot be returned.
- Return shipping is at your expense. Pack the part well; we cannot refund a part that arrives damaged.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we refund the price of the part to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Made-to-order parts are covered by the same terms. Custom work built to your drawing or specification is not returnable unless it does not match what was agreed.
Defects and mistakes
If a part arrives damaged, does not match its listing, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we cover the return shipping.
Printed merchandise
Shirts, hats, mugs and other printed items are made to order by our print partner, so they cannot be returned for size or change of mind. Please use the size guide on the product page. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Digital files
Digital downloads cannot be returned once the download link has been used. If a file is faulty, contact us and we will put it right.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and what to expect. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the part reaching us and usually appear on your statement within a further 5 to 10 business days.
